Born and raised in Philadelphia, Brian moved to South Jersey with his wife prior to starting a family. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Penn State and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
With more than 30 years of experience focusing on leadership and strategy, as well as financial and operational management, Brian is responsible for the effective and efficient management of The Garden Medical Spa.

Travis J. Laverne, MHS, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Associate specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. He graduated at the top of his class from Drexel University’s College of Medicine and has received multiple awards recognizing his clinical leadership, innovative research, and compassionate patient care. Travis completed an extended in-resident fellowship in Plastic Surgery and Advanced Laser and Light Therapies, further distinguishing himself as a leader in complex procedural care and energy-based aesthetic technologies.
Widely respected by peers and industry leaders, Travis is recognized as a global expert and innovator in laser and light therapies. He is frequently invited to lecture at national and international conferences and has played a pivotal role in the development of clinical protocols, provider education, and technology integration across the aesthetic industry.
As Clinical Director at The Garden Medical Spa, Travis leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering safe, customized, and evidence-based aesthetic care. He is especially sought out for his expertise in treating complex aesthetic concerns, including skin of color and advanced skin and body conditions. His leadership fosters a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.

Growing up with a mom who is an accomplished hair stylist in South Jersey, Drew has had passion for the beauty industry for as long as she can remember. Starting off in the salon industry, Drew gained years of training and knowledge in exceptional customer service. Drew is also certified in Reiki and loves to bring her positive energy everywhere she goes! With a focus on the client experience, Drew is responsible for the day to day management of our med spas.
