Travis J. Laverne, MHS, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Associate specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. As Clinical Director and Chief of Laser Medicine at The Garden Medical Spa, Travis leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering safe, customized, and evidence-based aesthetic care. He is especially sought out for his expertise in treating complex aesthetic concerns, including skin of color and advanced skin and body conditions. Drew Iaconelli oversees all five New Jersey locations and plays a key leadership role in operations, staffing, vendor relations, client experience, and marketing initiatives. Known as “the glue” of the organization, Drew is valued for her ability to keep teams aligned, supported, and performing at a high level.
She began her career in the beauty industry working reception at a salon and spa, eventually managing their spa department. After training in permanent makeup, she transitioned into medical aesthetics. Drew joined The Garden Medical Spa in 2023 and was promoted within seven short months—a testament to her leadership and dedication.
Her passion for innovation, strong organizational skills, and people-first approach continue to support The Garden’s mission of delivering scientifically backed, results-driven care. A natural problem-solver with a positive, solutions-focused mindset, Drew thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping both people and processes reach their full potential.
